FOR MONEY?IN TO SEE MILLION DOLLAR HOMES? FOR THE FUN OF IT?WHY?

I WAS IN IT BECAUSE OF MY AUNT. SHE TAUGHT ME WELL BUT I WAS ONLY IN IT FOR THE FUN PART-NOT REALLY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I NEED IT. I WENT WITH HER TO SCREEN OUT MANY MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR HOMES IN THE WEST SIDE FOR HER CLIENTS. OH GOSH!! I WISH I OWN A FEW OF THEM. MINE HAS TO HAVE A SWIMMING POOL IN OR OUTDOOR WITH A HOT WHIRLPOOL. I HAVE TO SWIM EVERY DAY. A ROOM FOR MY INTERNET CONCERT OR PERFORMANCES. HOW MUCH?? I AM STILL LOOKING......

SHE WAS DEALING WITH MILLION DOLLAR HOMES WHEN I STARTED IN 1998. WE SOLD ONE BUT THAT WAS THE WORST TIME IN THE MARKET-LUCKY ME!!. THE HOUSE WAS 1.2 MILLION BUT WAS SOLD FOR 970,000. THAT WAS THE ONLY ONE HOUSE THAT I OFFICIALLY SOLD WITH MY AUNT. IT WAS HER GRACE THAT MY NAME WAS IN IT TOO.

I ASSISTED HER WITH A FEW HIGH END HOUSES AND THEN, I WENT TO OTHER REALTY, SUNSTAR REALTY, ON MY OWN. I JOINED ONE WHICH WAS OWNED BY A VERY NICE FRIENDLY AND GOOD LOOKING COUPLE. I WAS THEIR ASSISTANT FOR A WHILE. HE HAD A WESTHILL DRIVE LISTING, A 1.9 MILLION DOLLAR HOME. I WAS HAPPY TO BE AN ASSISTANT. WE DID NOT SELL THE HOUSE BUT I WAS LOVING IT AT THAT TIME. WE ALSO DID RENTALS AS WELL. WE HAD A HIGH END RENTAL IN NORTH VANCOUVER. I ENJOYED SHOWING MILLION DOLLAR HOMES WHETHER THEY WERE RENTAL OR SALE LISTINGS.
WE SOLD A FEW LOW PRICED HOUSES BUT I ALSO LOVED IT BECAUSE OF THE MONEY.

I WAS ALWAYS A TOUR PERSON. WITH FLUENT ENGLISH, JAPANESE AND CANTONESE + UNDERSTANDABLE MANDARIN, I WAS ALWAYS WORKING UNLESS I CHOSE NOT TO. I WAS BEGGED BUT NEVER HAVE TO BEG. I AM THE NO "NON SENSE" KIND OF GUY. SOMEONE WHO MADE SOME FORTUNE BUT DECIDED TO GET SOME DIGNITY BACK BY ACQUIRING A DEGREE AT AN OLDER AGE. LUCKILY, I HAVE NO FAMILY TO FEED NOR DO I HAVE ANY LOVERS I WANNA PURSUE.

BUT I DO HAVE MY OWN PROBLEMS THAT WILL NEVER BE SOLVED NO MATTER HOW RICH I BECOME.

BACK TO THE REAL ESTATE TOPIC, I DO INTEND TO KEEP MY LICENSE AND DO WISH TO WORK AGAIN PART TIME FOR SOME OTHER CHARMING, SMART ABD BRIGHT REALTORS (LIKE MY OLD BOSSES DAVID,ANDREW) OF MY CHOICE AND THEIRS. HOPEFULLY, WE CAN GET ALONG WELL. I DO HAVE TO CHOOSE A HANDSOME BOSS FOR IF I BECOME A WORLD FAMOUS PERFORMER ONE DAY, MY BOSSES MAY HAVE TO BE INTERVIEWED AND I WOULD NOT ALLOW MYSELF TO FEEL SORRY FOR HAVIN WORKED FOR SOME JERKS!!!RIGHT?THEY MAY MAKE MORE MONEY BY SELLING MY STORIES OFF THAN ME.

MY UNRESTRICTED LICENSE MAKES ME A REALTOR AND A PROPERTY MANAGER. I HATE DRIVING AND THAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A SETBACK FOR ME. I AM TRYING TO GROW UP TOO. I HAVE TO DRIVE AGAIN!!!

MY DREAM HOME WAS THE LISTING MY HANDSOME BOSS ONCE HAD WHICH WAS LOCATED IN WEST HILL DRIVE. IT WAS PRICED AT 1.9 MILLION AT THAT TIME. I SPECIFICLY LIKED THE OUTDOOR HEATED POOL. I LIKED THE ROOMS AND I COULD HAVE ONE FOR MY STUDIO AND INTERNET PERFORMANCE HALL.

MY AUNT AND HER HUSBAND ALSO BUILT A HOUSE IN SOUTH GRANVILLE. IT WAS PRICED 2.2 MILLION BUT SOLD FOR 1.6 MILLION. IT WAS ALSO A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE LOCATED ON ANGUS DRIVE. BUT I WOULD LIKE A INDOOR OR OUTDOOR
POOL AS WELL AS SOME WATER SCENERY.

I WILL DEFINITELY SETTLE FOR WEST VANCOUVER IF I BECAME A MILTI-MILLIONAIRE ONE DAY. WELL, A DREAM IS A DREAM...LET'S SEE HOW AND WHERE MY SINGING LEADS ME!!!I HAVE TO SAY "MR DIGNITY, CUT ME SOME SLACKS PLEASE!!!"SMILE!
